One Voice ChorusOne Voice Chorus
One Voice is a non-auditioned chorus. Anyone who wishes to come sing is welcome. We do however, have an auditioned chamber choir ‘Sotto Voce,’ which does a lot of our run-out performances.
The chorus sings all repertoire: LGBTQ-specific, classical, pop, Broadway, Eric Whitacre, Bach, etc. We sing 3 main-stage shows per performance season: holiday (usually the first weekend in December), spring (sometime in March/early April), and our annual summer concert: Hollywood Squares (mid June).
We rehearse on Tuesday evenings. Our attendance policy allows for three (3) missed rehearsals per concert cycle. If you miss more than three, you have to sing for the Artistic Director to show you know your part.
If you wish to help in ways other than singing, we also have many volunteer opportunities.
